Rosemary Lankawel on How to be a Short Sale Buyer

Oh, my stars!  This weekend I did the MS Walk to raise Money for Multiple Sclerosis.  During the walk I encountered someone who really thought they knew the market here in Naples.  They challenged me to find them an investment property that was $250,000 and less, with in 5 miles of downtown Naples, and was on a quarter acre.  They told me that if I could find it they would buy it.

Well, I did not find them one house.  I found them 57!  Now, this is not the market that I usually work in but these days you need to sell anything you can and I would love to see him buy one.

Now is the time to buy in Naples, this past week I have seen pricing that is less the the builders were selling at in 2004.  What is everybody waiting for?
